When I decide to plant my lovely gardens next year (that's right, we're building another raised bed this spring), remind me not to just dump two envelopes of carrot seeds all willy-nilly in the dirt. What happens is you get WAY too many carrots.
Today, we pulled everything -- the last of the beets and about 35 billion carrots. Poor Piper. She was given two but I think wanted to eat all of them. One good thing about having no kitchen floor is that you can put your towel of drying carrots anywhere in the kitchen and not worry about dirt or water.
